What forms of payments do you accept?

Simply Scentful accepts, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

What are your delivery methods?

We ship domestically and internationally through USPS. We ship to P.O Boxes via USPS.

When we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number. Delivery times are estimated.   

What is your refund policy?

Purchases are typically nonrefundable. However, your happiness is my main concern. If you have concerns or questions about your purchase, feel free to message us. 

If your order is damage via the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately and provide us with detailed pictures of the damage product and the box.
